What the extension does

MRR Order Assistant helps a user transfer an eBay order into MRR Seller Hub, fill the corresponding delivery address during Amazon checkout, and record the resulting Amazon purchase in MRR Seller Hub. On Amazon product pages, it also reads a displayed Prime delivery estimate to help prevent sales of items with long delivery delays. It never places an order automatically.

Information the extension handles

The extension reads the information needed for the selected workflow from the currently open eBay and Amazon pages. This may include order numbers, item names, item identifiers, quantities, prices, fees, order earnings, order status, purchase dates, Amazon account labels and the relevant order-page URL.

On an Amazon UK product page, it reads the ASIN, displayed Prime delivery estimate and product-page URL. It does not read the delivery address from these product pages.

It also reads the buyer's name, postal address and telephone number from the selected eBay order so that the user can fill the Amazon delivery-address form.

How delivery-address information is handled

Delivery-address information is held temporarily in Chrome session storage. When needed to move the handoff between Chrome profiles, the extension uses the clipboard and recognises only content created with its own MRR Seller Hub prefix. The handoff is cleared after use and expires after 12 hours. Delivery-address information is not sent to or stored by the MRR Seller Hub website.

Information saved in MRR Seller Hub

When the user chooses to save or send an order, the relevant eBay order and Amazon purchase details are provided to MRR Seller Hub so that it can maintain order, cost and profit records. This information is used only to provide the order-management and reporting features requested by the user. Amazon Prime delivery observations are saved for the signed-in workspace for up to seven days and used only for stock safety.

Sharing and prohibited uses

MRR Seller Hub does not sell user data. Data is not used for advertising, unrelated purposes, creditworthiness decisions or lending. Data is not transferred to third parties except where necessary to operate the MRR Seller Hub service or where required by law.

Storage, security and retention

MRR Seller Hub uses access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to protect saved business records. Saved order and purchase records are retained for the user's business reporting until they are deleted or removal is requested. Temporary address handoffs are not retained as business records. If the user edits the buyer-message template, that wording is stored only in the relevant Chrome profile until it is reset, replaced or the extension's local data is removed.

Your choices

The user controls when the extension reads an order, fills an address or sends a purchase to MRR Seller Hub. Prime delivery estimates are read automatically only when the user visits an Amazon UK product page, then sent when the signed-in MRR Seller Hub site is open. The user can edit or delete supported records, clear the clipboard, or uninstall the extension at any time.
